Stuff not working? Here are some great places to start:
  • Make sure your wireless is connected. Look for the wireless "tornado" in the upper left corner of your iPad
  • Restart your iPad by holding down the power button and sliding to turn it off
  • Make sure your software is up to date. You should be at least at iOS version 9.3.5
  • Close the apps you aren't using. Double tap your home button, then swipe up to close apps you don't need right now
